"All the Wey Home"
Why WeyMUN?
WeyMUN IV is a one-day, college-style conference designed to be a fun and relaxed experience held directly after AP exams. Position papers are not required, allowing delegates to focus on active debate rather than pre-conference stress. Committees encourage innovative thinking while helping delegates strengthen their creativity and collaboration skills.
After committee sessions conclude, delegates are treated to a “Delegate Blast” featuring a variety of activities. Following the awards ceremony, WeyMUN’s traditional “Pie the Chairs” event takes place, with the committee that raises the most money for charity through Candy Grams earning the honor. Altogether, WeyMUN IV offers delegates an authentic taste of a college-style Model UN conference, whether it serves as an ideal starting point for newer participants or a meaningful send-off for seniors concluding their Model UN experience.
